Impeccable customer service!
Pros:
Great print quality!
Cons:
Poorly-designed toner cartridges that easily break...and break the internal parts.
The Bottom Line:
Knowing that Konica Minolta takes care of their customers, I'd highly recommend this printer!

Author's Review
I was sick and tired of replacing dried-up inkjet color cartridges after only a few uses, so I knew I wanted to go laser. This printer was on sale at a local Sams Club, and I purchased it after seeing the great reviews.
Everything went fine for awhile: the print quality was BEAUTIFUL -- very sharp details, exact color, etc., and it never jammed (even after over a year of usage!), but after every power outage it stopped communicating with my computer. I'm still not sure if this is a network issue or a printer issue, but if it happens to you, just assign it a static IP address from your router. I've never had a problem with that since.
Then, when I went to replace the black cartridge for the first time (about a year from when it was purchased -- great lifespan!), the small plastic tab on the cartridge broke making it impossible to remove without removing all of the cartridges. These things are very poorly designed, and the instructions to show you how to do so are very poorly drawn!
After a lot of headache, I got all four cartridges out and back in place, but when I turned the printer on, it said that all four cartridges were suddenly empty. Each cartridge has a microchip on the righthand side that must be replaced if you fill the cartridge (it is responsible for telling the printer how full the cartridge is), but I had one new cartridge (and new chip) and three old ones!
I went online to a site called "fixya.com" and looked up my printer. My problem seemed to be a common one, and if you can't clean the chip reader yourself (it gets covered with toner dust and a puff of air usually does the trick -- but not for me), it can also be warranty-related. Knowing I had passed the one-year-mark, I called customer service to see how much I would have to pay.
They were closed for the weekend but urged me to send an email detailing my problem. I did so, expecting to get an email back telling me I had to call. Instead, I got an email back two days later apologizing for the delay and telling me that they had overnighted me the part I needed...FREE OF CHARGE. Turns out, these printers have a FIVE YEAR warranty!
So the part is not easy to replace: it requires a lot of manual dexterity in small areas in which it is difficult to maneuver, but the part fixed my printer. However, upon reloading the cartridges, I was at 100% black and smaller percentages of the color cartridges. Back in business!
In all, I've been thrilled at the quality difference between the 2530DL and inkjets, and I've been super impressed with their customer service. Try it and enjoy a worry-free five years!
