After 3 Frames - This Is The Best For Picture Quality

Digital Picture Frames seem to have been one of the top selling gifts for the Christmas of 2007. After purchasing the floor model from Staples in Canada for a Christmas gift (everyone else was sold out of every model) we noticed it had scratches on the bezel. I found the unit to be pricey at a sale price of $249 CDN so I went looking for another brand since Staples could not exchange the damaged frame because they were completely sold out. I purchased the Venturer brand frames from Wal-Mart and found that no matter how long I played with the brightness, saturation and contrast settings, the photos were too saturated or washed out if I tried to compensate with brightness and contrast settings. I also bough the Aluratek 8 inch frame from Costco and found the resolution to be terrible although the colors were fairly true and the picture had good brightness. I went back to the Kodak to run all 3 models side by side. The Kodak EX1011 with settings out of the box blew away the others for picture quality including brightness, sharpness and contrast. It had the most true to life colors of the bunch (by far). Unfortunately, the added expense of WiFi on this model will not be used as the recipient is not computer savvy. I don't buy these types of things every day and there's no sense throwing your money out so you may as well purchase the digital frame with the best overall picture quality. This Kodak EX1011 certainly will give you the best picture - Hands Down !
