LG LDF8812ST Dishwasher

I purchased this LG dishwasher and I would like to return it and get my money back. Overall, the dishwasher looks great, cleans well, (except for plastics), utensil holder slots are too small and only fit knives and narrow utensils in the individual slots to prevent scratching, and the drying cycle is horrible! Buyer Beware! If you have hardwood floors and nice wooden cabinets, don't buy this machine. It vents hot steamy air from the left bottom side and makes the floor and cabinets wet with moisture. I called LG and they checked with their tech department and told me there is nothing they could do. I went to my retailer, Home Depot, and they called LG for me. LG told Home Depot that I need to call and have the dishwasher looked at by their authorized service dealer. They are coming Tuesday, August 28, 2007. I will update my review and let you know what the authorized service technician tells me. I think LG is having me go through the motions and that there is nothing they can do. In my opinion this is a defect which LG needs to address. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their LG dishwashers?
