A new adventure is born

This is without a doubt one of the most successful video ever made for a child to view along with all the other sequels that followed. I have two children and they love this film because of the warmth it brings and also some lessons that can be learned and taught.

From the producers of An American Tail come five dinosaurs who embark on a classic prehistoric journey. In this film we see a troubled little dinosaur named Little Foot who finds himself all alone in the world that once was. He starts his journey by trying to find the peaceful and friendly Great Valley, a place where all worries are forgotten and all is well. On his little trip he meets four other dinosaurs and they all join together as one to find the Great Valley. On the way they meet up with hungry, deadly predators who do not like to play games. These five little dinosaurs learn very important lessons and learn the value of teamwork and the importance of how to stick together in times of need and crisis.

This is a wonderful family film for any day of the week no matter what time of year it is. An excellent film which has spawned 7 other sequels to its name and all are very successful because each sequel has its own storyline. A different adventure every time. Your children will adore these cute little fellows as they follow them through the journey and their eyes will be glued to the screen enjoying the fun and laughter and especially the songs that come along with them.

The songs are so original in this film as well as tho others because they have the type of tune that will have your child singing and dancing along with those little fellows. My two kids love this movie especially my daughter who loves to sing along and she has pretty much memorized the whole movie itself and all the songs with it. I think it is very important that a film has this type of impact on a child because it keeps their mind free and helps them grow an imagination where they can take their very own journeys on as well. When a film such as this accomplishes making a child happy and delighted by what they see then someone did something very right.

As I mentioned before there are seven sequels to this film and each and every one of them is filled with fun and excitement and a lot of songs which made the film what it is. Along with the first movie we can see the relationship grow between the dinosaurs as they get older and wiser. They learn how to work together and not against each other to fight off predators like the Sharp Tooth. It also teaches children not to discriminate. This film is a great example because all the dinosaurs were different from different species and had different features and none of that mattered because they found it to be very fun to be together and work as a team. That is successful to produce a film that teaches especially the young people of today.

Overall this film I would recommend to any family for any child who loves adventure and fun and songs and to just have a great day watching this film and all its sequels so go out and get it today. It is well worth it!
