Pretty good amp for the price - I'd recommend it!

I've read the earlier reviews and was a little skeptic but decided to go for it anyway. I will admit this is a good amplifier.

I think people fail to realize, with any amp you must match up the amps RMS power with the speakers RMS handling. If you are just reading MAX wattage and expecting huge output the speakers could be underpowered, then you'll have major issue...

Also, you can not use a large gauge wire for power. Any typical 1500 watt wiring kit will do just fine. Don't let the 2000 watt max rating fool you into using power wire greater than 8 gauge. This amp is not a Class-D amplifier to it doesn't need a massive wire.

I have this amp powering two 12" subs (each sub is 375 RMS, 750 MAX and 4 ohms). The amp is also 4 ohm stable and putting out about 500 RMS per channel. Therefore this amp is matched well with the subs I'm using. The subs sound wonderful and the amp is power only half way.

Overall, remember to match the amp and the subs RMS power and OHM stability and you shouldn't have any issue. As nice as it would be to say I have a 'high-end' amplifier, I saved a lot of money and got the quality sound I was looking for at a very reasonable price.
