NO NO! Don't walk off the cliff!

Here we go again. Those little lemmings have been captured again, and we have to save them from those nasty weasels. There are 100 levels in all ranging from very easy to very hard. The beginning levels are designed to help those that have never played a lemmings game learn how to use each of the different things a lemming can be.

In this version of lemmings there are three main kinds of lemmings. One is a "lava lemming" which can walk on lava, one is a "water lemming" which can walk on water, and one is a "normal lemming" which cannot walk on anything but normal ground.

When helping the lemmings escape there are several different types of lemmings you can use. Some of these types include bombers, blockers, builder, bashers, and diggers. A bomber will make your lemming explode, leaving a nice little pit under, where he exploded. A blocker will make your lemming stop where he is and turn all the other lemmings around, these are useful to stop your lemmings from walking right off a cliff! Builders build a set of about 10 step upward to help your lemmings reach a high place. Each type of lemming has a different function that you will need in order to get through each of the mazes. Many times you will need to use combinations of these in order to finish the puzzle.

The game has some pretty cool graphics this time around also. Each puzzle is 3-D in a full circle. You have to use your mouse to turn it and see the other side. Though this is a really fun game I don't see a reason to purchase it if you already have another version of lemmings, unless you really like solving different puzzles. There are some differences but nothing worth buying this one if you already own one. Some of the differences include: more traps to die in (yay, I love to watch my lemmings get smash, ground up, and burned) the graphics are a big change, and obviously the puzzles are different. If you're looking for a puzzle solving game and don't already own a lemmings game this is the one for you!
