Linksys WRT350N Wireless Router

I have had this wireless router for 4 months now ant it has never had even a hiccup, it just plain works like it should. I don't understand the other reviews as I took mine out of the box, set it up and it works. Setup was easy and there was no need to call tech support! I secured the network then connected wirelessly with a laptop and all was as expected, no problems at all. The only thing I did that is different than as described is I came out of my cable modem into a hardware firewall and from there went to a 1 Gbps switch which feeds all of the wired computers and the wireless router. I did not use the router as a switch/hub to feed my wired computers. I don t see how this could have made a significant difference in efficiency of the wireless network but I guess it s possible that this configuration could have some effect. I wonder if the skill level of installers was the issue rather than the units. In my opinion the directions were very clear and easily followed as they took you step-by-step through the entire process. All required information was provided and there should have been no need to contact tech support if they had a properly configured system prior to installing this router.
