Pros: Lightweight, Easy to setup and use, Nice screen
Cons: Software problems, Signal acquisition problems, Unit randomly powers down Maps are out of date
The Bottom Line: I would avoid this product if you are looking for a GPS on a small budget.

Pros: Sound over stereo, MP3 player, the maps are great.
Cons: Processes very slowly, doesn't say road names, no traffic updates.
The Bottom Line: I would not purchase a Lowrance brand product again nor recommend this product.

Review: Maybe I've had bad luck with this model, but I've been disappointed with the iWay 350c. I received the unit as a gift. It was first purchased in May 2006 and I am on my 4th warranty replacement unit from the factory. (Each time calling tech support...

Pros: Many features that actually work, great display and sound.
Cons: No external antenna jack, but a re-radiating antenna works wonders.
The Bottom Line: Worth ever penny! By far one of the best electronic gadgets I've bought so far.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: The iWay 350c is better than I imagined... which is impressive since I'm kind of a gadget junkie.
Even with its size it's still very easy to read. The voice is very clear and it's 'read' to me most of the streets I've been to so far. ... |

Review: I have owned the iWay 350C for about 8 months now, having purchased it after moving to Princeton NJ.

Pros: Easy touch-screen navigation
Cons: Battery didn't last more than 45 mins. Inaccurate readings. Maps are far too old.
The Bottom Line: The lithium batteries in these units are junk, the directions not reliable, and Lowrance hasn't responded to my complaint. I'll be buying from another manufacturer in the future.

Review: I was looking for a small automotive GPS unit, and while I didn't really want one with an MP3 player, I thought that the iWay 350C sounded like a well-rounded package for a good price, and its music playing feature might come in handy on a...

Pros: Worked pretty good for the first two weeks!
Cons: Reliability is poor and online support from Lowrance is very poor!
The Bottom Line: Do not get this device if you expect good online support and/or if you think the rebate will be sent in any reasonable amount of time!

Pros: Screen size, quality of display, mounting arm.
Cons: Inaccurate and unreliable, no short-cuts on text entry, awkward touch-screen
The Bottom Line: If they'd fix the bugs, it would be a good choice at a great value.

Review: I bought the 350c because of it's high feature content and good price compared to competition. But I quickly determined it had too many bugs/issues and returned it. When working properly, I really liked it. However, in the week that I had it, it...

Pros: Decent options for basic GPS device
Cons: Poor customer service, some unintuitive functions
The Bottom Line: OK for a starter unit, but should be a GPS you upgrade from, not upgrade to. Hopefully you won't deal with Lowrance.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I like the unit, as it delivers all that I need in this type of device.
Again, for a base unit it offers decent bang for the buck. However, I am so disgusted with Lowrance's poor Customer Service, that I definitely will not buy another... |

Pros: Size, price, features
