Review: It takes ages to catch signal at many places. It loses signal when you need it the most.

Whenever it recovers itself after losing a signal it gives such arbitrary directions.

Recently during a trip, it was a bad (embarrassing one...

Great GPS for a good price.

The Bottom Line: I think this is a great GPS that has many features found on units costing much more. I think most anyone would be happy with it.
Review: After spending weeks looking over different GPS receivers, I settled on the Lowrance iWay 350C. It had all the things I wanted for a reasonable price. I especially liked the idea that it had enough internal memory that I don't need to download maps...

Stay clear of this one!

The Bottom Line: The lithium batteries in these units are junk, the directions not reliable, and Lowrance hasn't responded to my complaint. I'll be buying from another manufacturer in the future.

Map too old.

Review: I got my IWAY 350c in Jan 2006, Plug and work well for me.
Mounting is not as good and easy as Tom Tom 300.
Try to go to Circuit City at Mountain View Ca, It lead me to a wrong shopping mall at Grand Rd. They moved two years ago.

Poor Support from Lowrance

The Bottom Line: OK for a starter unit, but should be a GPS you upgrade from, not upgrade to. Hopefully you won't deal with Lowrance.
Review: I like the unit, as it delivers all that I need in this type of device.

Again, for a base unit it offers decent bang for the buck. However, I am so disgusted with Lowrance's poor Customer Service, that I definitely will not buy another...

Frustrated User

The Bottom Line: I would not buy this GPS. It is difficult to operate. Directions are frequently wrong. Support is very poor.
Review: I have positive experience with Lowrance marine products and purchased the iWay 350C expecting that same level of satisfaction. Not so.
