Fantastic, Inexpensive GPS Unit!
Pros:
Easy to use, a lot more features than I expected, very inexpensive.
Cons:
Doesn't drive the car for me -- that would be awesome.
The Bottom Line:
Well, I think you can deduce from my review that I adore this GPS unit. I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone.

Author's Review
I bought mine refurbished for $80 from RadioShack. I wasn't expecting much, but this little unit is wonderful! I'm a professional comedian and I use it in cities and towns all over the country. Recently I was performing in Mexico and although it didn't have driving directions down there (maybe I need to download them), it gave me my coordinates as well as altitude and speed.
I've seen other GPS units that cost $500 and maybe I'm just dumb and happy, but I honestly don't know what else I would need from a GPS! It gets me from airport, to hotel, to venue, the radio station, to the gym, to restaurants - what else would I need? In the past I used to rent the Hertz Neverlost units in my rental cars but that would cost $10 a day and the user face was highly counterintuitive.
Also in the past I tried using my cell phone to get directions with Google maps mobile. That's a fantastic service, but it doesn't call out the directions like the GPS, and also I couldn't be talking on the phone and getting directions at the same time, so if I was on the phone a lot of times I would get lost. Also the GPS is a lot safer because I don't have to keep looking at my phone while I'm driving.
So for a paltry $80, I have a fantastic GPS unit that does everything I need and makes my life easier!
