Pretty darn good

Pros: Quiet, large loads, low water and soap use.

Cons: A few known problems.

We have had our Neptune for six years and just had our first problem. A little quick research and a couple of parts and we are back up and running. The wax motor failed and took the control board with it.

Now a lot of of people have complained about this problem, but I will say this is the first washer I have ever owned that went six years without a single problem.

Overall very quiet and reliable. Easy too use.
