Snake is Back and Better Than Ever

Snake is back and better than ever in this third installment of the Metal Gear series. The first Metal Gear came out in 1987. The sequel, Solid Snake was released in the early 90s and the latest Metal Gear was released a few years ago for the playstation console system.

Now Metal Gear has been reformatted to work on the PC. It features enhanced graphics and the same quality game play of the original Metal Gear Solid.

Through out the Metal Gear series Solid Snake is tasked with destroying a large nuclear missle firing battle tank that looks very similar to a Mechwarrior. In Metal Gear Solid the facility building the latest Metal Gear has been siezed by terrorists who are threatening to fire a missle if the remains of their leader are not given to them.

The story line of Metal Gear Solid is intense. You are Solid Snake a well trained soldier who is inserted into the facility by submarine. Solid Snake must sneak around the facility and stop the nuclear launches by working with his support team and other characters that he meets up with through out the course of the game.

Metal Gear Solid includes riveting gameplay that includes guns, espionage, and strangling the bad guys before they can spot you and jam your radar.

Metal Gear Solid includes many plot twists that can very well result in different endings. metal Gear Solid also includes a virtual reality arena where gamers can sharpen their skills and work with various weapons.
