Microsoft Zune Black (30 GB) MP3 Player

The Zune has a slick interface, nice sound, decent video quality, can interact with other Zunes, receives FM and more. However, there are a few problems I have found.
One, on the video side, it only plays .wmv format. It will not even read that you may have .avi or mpg..etc..on your computer. You may wish to convert all your media to this format if you want to watch them on your Zune.
The second irritating issue is that it simply did not see every folder and album I had. Now, I do have ALOT of music, but it asks you to pick where your music resides on your computer and I picked the drive and folder. I thought perhaps it was cataloging it all and so forth..but it simply skips over tons and tons of my music.
Another issue, albeit a minor one, is that some of the album art was not showing, and some of it even put the wrong artist with the wrong album. For example, it listed KT Tunstall for some U2 albums. Very odd.
I am returning mine..it has promise, but many kinks need to be sorted out first.
