WEIDER DID IT AGAIN WITH THIS ONE!!!

OK, you may have read my review of FLEX magazine (One of Joe Weider's huge line-up of magazines), and this one is on the same level. Thre are lots of pictures of professional bodybuilders in this one also, but the main difference is the audience it is directed to. Instead of the Hardcore Bodybuilders that Flex reaches, M & F is directed more to the weekend warrior bodybuilders, or those not serious enough to compete, but to at least give a care about how they look. This magazine is friendly to both men and women, with specific sections of articles directed towards each group. Great plans for health and fitness for those that do not have the time to research the necessary components themselves...diet tips, exercise pointers, supplement reviews...EVERYTHING! Leaves almost NO stone unturned to hale everyone reach their goals. I started with this magazine , and when I felt comfortable as a bodybuilder, I "graduated" to Flex...This is one of those magazines that you'll find at the check-out aisles of the grocery stores, but its actually a good idea to pick it up and check it over next time you see it...OVERALL, this magazine has what it takes to provide information for the masses without leaving anyone out...males, females, the handicapped, EVERYONE! Highly recommended to those not interested in hardcore bodybuilding, but looking more for the fitness/health aspects!
