Neat Receipts SCANALIZER

I first saw the Neat Receipts Scanalizer hardware and software product at the Seattle airport being demonstrated by a sales rep. It looked real easy to use. I saw a variety of receipts and full-size pages being scanned in and filed automatically into various categories. This could be exactly what I've been looking for. I just HAD TO HAVE IT! I am surrounded by paper, and if this really works it could be the end of mounds of paper piled all over my desk.

I ordered the product and have now been using it for about a 10 months. It works great! I found it easy to install the software and set up my own folders and categories. I printed the manual and reviewed it to get a better understanding of the numerous features of the software.

I have been using the Scanalizer to keep track of business and personal expenses. I am even using it to keep track of all the expenses involved in our rental properties.

I've told several of my friends about the Neat Receipts Scanalizer, and gave them a demonstration. They all went out and bought them and are now happy users too!

I now travel with the Scanalizer. Every couple of days I enter all my receipts and when I get home my expenses are already up-to-date and ready to submit for reimbursement.

Now that I'm so much more organized... I'm really looking forward to year-end tax time. It should be a breeze this year!
