Pros: Great graphics and games! Smaller unit, very powerful
Cons: Poor lighting, no backlight
The Bottom Line: An excellent system! Great graphics and sound. Lots of great games, backwards compatible with GBC games.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Normally, hand held games aren?t my thing, as I find that games simply don?t translate well to a small screen. However, I can honestly say that the Nintendo (and it?s no secret that I am not too crazy about this company), has really outdone...

Pros: Improved graphics and sound.
Cons: Screen can be difficult to see when not in the best lighting conditions.
The Bottom Line: Definitely improved over Gameboy Color, but check out the games available before running out and buying it.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: With all the hype out there about the Gameboy Advance, my kids had the "I have to have it" attitude even though they had just finally gotten Gameboy Color for Christmas, thanks to their grandparents. Seeing the price of the console, we...

Pros: powerful graphics capability, wider screen, longer battery life
Cons: few games that use powerful graphics capability, lack of buttons/games
The Bottom Line: The GBA is great for side-scrollers and rpgs but many are still in development. A great system in the long-run but falls short of the hype so far.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: GBA is perhaps one of the coolest systems Nintendo has ever released. It packs some amazing sprite crunching graphics chip, a battery life that surpasses the old Game Boy and a reasonably sized color display. Top that off it has the standard built...

Review: Ever since my kids were given their first hand held gaming system for Christmas, they have been addicted to it. When their grandparents found out that they wanted one for Christmas they just had to send them one each. The hand held game system I am...

Pros: Same size as GBC, amazing graphical and sound capabilities, finally, more buttons
Cons: Awful screen, cramped button layout, game cartridges are easy to lose
The Bottom Line: It has its problems, but the games make Game Boy Advance a system worth getting.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Before I get started, this isn't one of those, "I saw Game boy Advance at the store and it looks really cool!" reviews. I actually own the system. I'm looking at it right now. So this review is coming from the point of view of someone who's...

Pros: Cheap, good range of games, second hand games readily available cheaply, good battery_life, backward compatibility
Cons: Not hi-tech these days, can be tricky getting the screen in the right position
The Bottom Line: A good buy for those wanting a good handheld with a large catalogue of games. The SP is a better choice due to the backlighting.
This reviewer recommends this product.

Pros: Game Boy Color games backwards compatible, best handheld out there.
Cons: Uh, I can't see a damn thing!!
The Bottom Line: It's just an average system until you get a light for it. But, once you can see the games, it blows everything else out of the water.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I first saw these things in action at the GameCube Press Conference. Some people had been playing these things because they had bought the import, but not I.
