    Nintendogs is a game produced by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. It is a virtual pet game in which it is your job to own up to 8 puppies and live with them for the rest of your life!
Nintendogs features a nice easy play style using both the touchscreen and DS Microphone. Allowing even the most troubled individual to play with ease.
  It has a speech function which allows you to voice control your new puppies and help them learn their names and tricks. Choose from many breeds of dog , some familiar , some you probably have never heard of! Either way they all have a high cuteness factor and if you have kids , you may struggle to get a go of this game!
    Although it is popular with children , it was infact created for all ages. After all , who dosen't want to own portable puppies in which nobody has allergies to? During Nintendogs you will be doing many things including feeding your puppies , bathing your puppies , teaching your puppies , walking your puppies and playing with your puppies all of which you do together?!
    Over time your dogs will become very attatched to you and come to you when you load your game , jumping up on the screen and barking. This shows that your puppies trust you and this is vital if you want to have a enjoyable life with your dogs. Treat your puppies right and they will treat you the same way!
    An important feature is the walk feature. It allows you to take your beloved pups outside like you would a real dog. To start you map out a walk for your dog from an arial view , depending on how many walks your dog has had depends on how long they can walk for! Also ,  along the way you will be confronted with other dogs and their owners and even PRESENTS! These presents contain items or toys that you and your dogs can play with at home. Items get rarer as you progress in the game. Discount stores , parks and the agility trial training ground can also be found in the city , all of which are great features.
    Also , you can train your dogs to take part in 3 competitions. Agility , obedience and disc. Each requires you and your dog to work together in order to take home the trophy and cash prize. Each time you win a competition , you will be leveled up and have ah harder challenge. Try to stay in the championship! Another intersesting feature are trainer points. These points show how well you have cared for your dogs. Depending on how many points you have you will gain a rank. These points also unlock new dog breeds in the kennels and allow rarer items to be found in presents when on walks.Your rank and points will be displayed on your profile so your friends can see your work too!
   Although playing with your dog can be fun , it is important to treat them right as not doing so may result in them escaping the house and not returning for a while , if this happens it is important to treat your dog with lots of care when it returns.
   A popular feature is 'Bark mode' ,  the Wi-fi compatible feature. This allows you and your dog to meet somebody else who is on bark mode , but remember to set up your internet first if you wish to meet random users! Also if long distance communication isn't your thing , try connecting to a friends Nintendogs by using the DS to DS feature which connects to nearby DS's that have enabled bark mode , no internet access required. Along with your dog going to play with your friends dog you can take an item from your inventory with your puppy as a gift to your friend. When you arrive at the park you will be welcomed by your friends puppy and you and your friends dogs can play using your toys and items. You can also feed your friends dog.
