Input on our wrecked Nissan

My husband blacked out & ran into a tree on 12/27 while driving our 2008 Altima.  The driver's side just left of the front center was completely destroyed.  The front wheel prevented the door from opening & it had to be cut off.  Both the driver's & the side air bag inflated which we feel saved him from serious injury.  He did receive two small burns on the left side of his face from the bags but the only other problems were some small cuts (from the door window) & very sore chest muscles from the seat belt.  He had no injuries to his legs at all even though the engine area of the car was shoved in.  We think the car is totaled & if the insurance adjuster agrees, we will very likely be shopping for another Altima.  (One of our friends even said he'd be looking at them for his next car.)  For those of you who own this car, even if you haven't really thought about it, I think you can now feel a least a little safer while driving it.
