Pros: Powerful Engine, nice interior, good stereo, interior sound
Cons: No Astray (Not like I care, but my mom does)
The Bottom Line: Other than no astray, me and my parents love the car. It ample speed and style for the price.

Review: My father purchased a 2002 Altima on August 7. We got the 2.5S with the Convenience Package, Fog Lights, an In-cabin microfilter, Floor Mats, Splash Guards, and a EC Mirror Compass. The MSRP was $21,943, but we got it for $21290 with tax and license...

Pros: Powerful, handles like a sports car, roomy, stylish
Cons: cheap plastics in interior
The Bottom Line: All around excellent car and don't forget that it's 2002 N. American Car of the Year.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I got this car about two weeks ago. I have the 2.5s with just the floor mats, in-cabin micronfilters, and splash guards. You would be hard pressed to find 2.5s altimas without those options. I paid $18,400. Looking back, I'm sure I would have been...

Pros: Great colors, sexy exterior, funky interior, rides smooth. Roomy for a family of 4-5..
Cons: Interior door handles cheap, may break!
The Bottom Line: Buying your first car, buy this.. Theres no other option! If its not car of the year again in 2003.. then some one is sleeping...

Review: Body is a nice midsize sedan.. Great styling and you can't help but notice it when its in your presence..
I never liked altimas in the past, never even looked at them. Could not have told you what they were. Then I saw the 2002 one day, and... |

Pros: This car is a great value overall, with a massive interior and good performance.
Cons: Vague steering, big turning radius, torque steer.
The Bottom Line: If not best in class, best bargain in class. A real Q-ship with the grunt to keep with cars costing 2x+, and the comfort to drag around today's nuclear family.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Overall: If you are looking for a V6 sedan with a manual transmission, your choices are limited. The Altima is a great choice in this price range, with exterior styling and interior room that blows away the Camry and Accord. We bought the V6 with...

Pros: powerful V6 engine, elegant design, nice handling, fuel efficient.
Cons: pricey with extras. no dealer incentives. only a 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty.
The Bottom Line: Why pay extra for a luxury sedan when you can get so much more for less money?
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I am so glad to have made this purchase. I bought the SE model with the V6 (240 horses). You can feel the cars strength as soon as you step on the gas. I also test drove the 4 cylinder which is impressive with 175 HP but opted for the more powerful...

Pros: I guess the blinkers still work, that's a good thing.
Cons: I don't even know where to begin.
The Bottom Line: If you decide to buy and Altima, bring it into the dealership if you even think you notice something wrong with the car.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: When I first bought my Altima, my FIRST new car, back in March 2002, I was so excited. The excitment lasted a couple years, then things started falling apart. As mentioned in a different review, the recalls started happeneing, which is fine because...

Pros: Long list of standard features, exterior styling, powerful but reasonably frugal 4-cylinder engine
Cons: Interior finish, quality of materials, questionable seat comfort
The Bottom Line: Would-be Camry owners who aren t ready to sell the house and move to Boca should consider this vehicle. Standard features blow the Camry away.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I bought the 2.5S w/floor mats, in-cabin microfilter, mudguards, and the auto-dimming mirror with outside temperature and compass (important to have). I was annoyed because I did not want any of these extra items, but Nissan has set it up so that...

Pros: An amazingly fast safe luxury sports sedan
Cons: Looks of envy I get from other drivers
The Bottom Line: If your concerns are PACE, SPACE & GRACE this is the car for you.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I own the 3.5 SE with manual transmission and this car really moves! The 0-60 time of 6.3 sec. is no exaggeration. I have driven the requisite 1000 miles to break it in, and here are my thoughts on who should buy this vehicle: If you are looking for...
