Trim Spa works for me!

Haven't found a better product! At 22 yrs. of age, I was around 105 -110 lbs. I had a baby, developed terrible eating habits, didn't exercise much, and of course...I gained weight. I am now 28 yrs. old, WAS incredibly depressed, and at my heaviest (158 lbs.), I KNEW I had to do something to lose weight.
I TRIED eating better, I tried exercising, and I went back to work for about 8 months...thinking that perhaps I could work to keep busy and lose weight and get out of my depression. Did it work? NOPE. I lost the depression, but not the weight.

So, I heard about Trim Spa on a late night show one night, and decided that I would try it. I HATE exercising, I HATE giving up foods I love to eat....and this pill sounded perfect.

I am now down to 135 after taking this stuff (off and on) and I have had NO side effects (Ephedra FREE). I feel better, and am ready to lose more weight. I'm still not Mrs. Skinny Minnie, and I'm certainly not aiming for that. BUT, I have lost more with this product than with anything I've tried before.

I am not the best pill taker (often times FORGETTING to take them), so perhaps I could have lost substantially more by now, but I am satisfied, and once I shed about 10-15 more pounds, I will have reached my goal.

I'm NOT saying you shouldn't eat right, or that you shouldn't exercise, but if you're like me, and aren't self-disciplined, or you just CAN'T live a healthy life-style...this is a great start. I have now learned to get my own personal work out by turning up some good ol' "booty music" from yesteryear and dance with my kid till I'm sweating and out of breath. (It also helps shake out that extra energy from my child too!)

This product may not work for everyone, but I have sensitivities to pills, and caffeine filled products, and I can honestly say that I have not had one bad side effect so far. I've gone through 3 bottles, and am STILL satisfied with this "miracle pill".
