Great little guy

This Palm is much like the rest of the Palm family but has the most memory available (that I know of). My Father bought one this last month and he was able to get it up and running in a matter of moments. This is from a guy who is very tech challenged... :) Within a few hours he was able to input all his address books and organized them by professional and personal entries.
The problems that he has experienced is that he is used to using Groupwise for his email and now he had to learn (albeit quickly) a new program... Unfortuntaly he got his Palm through Franklin so it used THEIR software and not the more universally used MS Outlook. Another problem that he encountered was the fact the cables which were included for the Mac platform didn't work with his IMac (no USB was included). Fortuntally, this problem should be fixed soon.
