Panasonic Knows how to Cook Rice!

I purchased this little rice cooker for $50.00 using the internet, I was pleased with my purchase because I really love rice. I love all aspects of rice, this condiment is easy and fast to prepare. Plus, in this economy rice is an inexpensive dish that can be made into many delicious items. What made me choose this Panasonic were the positive reviews I read online, it really opened my eyes to this Rice Cooker. Previously I had cooked rice the old fashioned way using a pot, this worked but the rice really didn’t turn out as delicious as it does using a rice cooker. Since I began using this rice cooker I have noticed a 360 degree change in the way my rice is prepared. This is a very easy to use product and you really can make so many dishes using rice!

Using the Rice Cooker :

The Panasonic rice cooker is really easy to use, before adding ingredients make sure that you haven’t plugged the device in. Add you desired amount of rice and began the process by setting the temperature, what I did was cook riceroni using this cooker. It actually turned out quite delicious, of course in a small dorm this was the ideal thing to cook. The device will alert you when the rice is finished, via a yellow light. The device doesn’t have an automatic shut-off so make sure that you shut it off, a couple of times I forgot to turn the device off and got seriously burned. – Which is a total bummer when trying to write a collage term paper. But, I learned to never operate this product without first using the lid. Now there should be a 15 minute wait until your rice is finished, depending on the amount of rice that you are attempting to cook. I used this device to cook enough rice for four people and it worked perfectly, seemingly effortlessly.

How does the Rice Turn out?

The rice actually comes out of the cooker delicious, the texture is nice and soft and the water soaks into the rice perfectly. I choose sticky rice because I can create so many dishes using it, depending on the type of rice that you choose to cook I would say that rice’s turn out delicious when using the Panasonic Cooker. When trying to cook a premade rice dinner follows the box instructions carefully, you don’t want a pile of salty junk.

Clean Up is a Breeze:

Cleaning up this Panasonic Rice Cooker is a simple task, using hot water any remaining rice or salt should come right off of the device. The exterior of the device is white and the lid is clear so dirt really shows up easily, I find that using dawn keeps this thing looking extremely shiny. Simple clean up means that you can spend more time eating your rice, which is something that we all can agree on.

Conclusion:

The Panasonic is a really good rice cooker, I have cooked many meals using this device and it hasn’t failed on me yet. I think that for a collage student this device is ideal for preparing inexpensive meals. Rice is a healthy food that is inexpensive and this device manages to cook it really decently, I hope that Panasonic continues to make such an awesome product.
