Super Camera - not for everyone though....

The Bottom Line: Well worth the buy, despite fact that image quality is middling be better. Its ultra-portabilty takes camera usage to a different dimension.

A Nice Tough Little Camera

The Bottom Line: Buy this camera if you want a mid-level camera. Otherwise look at one of the Kodak EasyShare models.
Review: The Pentax Optio S4 is a tough little camera. The aluminium body has resisted all of my (accidental) attempts to destroy it, from dropping it from a great height to smashing it against a table. There isn't even a scratch on the body!

Great Little Camera

The Bottom Line: Buy this camera, get a good SD card and an extra battery or two on eBay and you'll be set. Everyone who sees this camera falls in love with it!

The Bottom Line: I love this camera because it takes great pictures and I can take it almost everywhere I go. Why buy a camera if you can't take it with you?

The Bottom Line: Buy it. The purpose of a camera is to capture a moment you want to remember. S4 allows you to do that more often due to size.
