Decent Office Phone

I have been using this phone for over a year in my office job. It was an upgrade from a lower version polycom phone, and the difference was great for me, but probably only because I didn't have to pay for the phone. My opinion on the various features:

Sound: I have found the sound the be very clear, and only have a hard time hearing my clients when they have static on their lines. However, I do notice at times when I use a hands free headset that the volume is a tad low.

Features: The phone has features such as caller ID, 3 way conferencing, phone book, speakerphone, etc. It basically has all you'd expect from an expensive voip phone. I have not yet found any features lacking, though my primary use is simply talking on the phone.

Price: I did not personally have to buy the phone, so the price wasn't an issue for me. However, this phone does have a large price tag on it, and many of it's expensive features I don't find myself using at all. Therefore, I would say because of the high price tag, a home office might be better off with a lower end model.

Reliability This phone was a hand me down from a previous employee, and just about ever employee in our office uses the phone, and it works great for everyone to my knowledge. I sometimes experience dropped calls, but most don't, so I blame that on the voip, and not the phone itself. I therefore would say this phone has excellent reliability.

Overall, no complaints about the phone, It does its job and does it well. I have never had any issues, but I haven't been "Wow"ed by anything it has offered either.
