disappointed!!!

I was so excited to get this product, but it was very disappointing. I used it for my 6-month old. The clasps were hard to tighten, the baby seemed like she was going to fall out of the bottom, and the sling never got tight enough to be comfortable for me. I had been using the Playtex Hip Hammock and liked it just fine, but having used the Baby Bjorn for the first 4 months of my baby's life, I grew spoiled by the Bjorn's superior design, the great clasps, the ease with which you can tighten and untighten, etc. I had hoped that this product (which is European) would be comfortable and well designed like the Bjorn is. It is not. I am going back to the Hip Hammock which, although it's not a Bjorn, is infinitely more comfortable and better designed. Now if only Bjorn would design a side sling, I would buy it in a heartbeat!
