Pros: Truly wireless

I've had mine for 15 months, and it still works well. I use it about 3 hours a day. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the mic is way too sensitive. Clients hear the birds chirping outside my window! So it would be ok if you have a very quiet office--I think it sounds OK and people on the other end tell me the sound quality is good--just too much background noise.
