Terrible customer service!

We had two phones we purchased for use in our at-home business as we loved the wireless headset. Both worked well for about a year and a half and then both headset failed. RCA could not replace just the headsets and sent replacement phones as we were under warranty. At first, we were very impressed.

Then one headset failed and the other base unit would no longer make calls. When I called, they said that the replacement phones were only warranted for 90 days or to the end of the 2 years warranty on the originals. So no replacements.....go buy a new one. I will not purchase any RCA product again and have written a letter to RCA stating same.
