cheap product, lousy customer service

This receiver stopped working four months after purchase. Sherwood customer service sent me to a repair shop out of state (the closest authorized shop to my location). The repair shop turned out NOT to be authorized after all. When I called Sherwood customer service again from the shop to straighten this out, I could not get through because for an hour each day they close for lunch! After finally waiting around and getting through I was told the only thing I could do was send the receiver back to Sherwood and wait for them to fix it and send it back.
