The Bottom Line: The Many Sides of Mariah Carey... no seriously, it's a good album filled with (mostly) great songs.
Review: This is Mariah Carey's last album before the infamous "Glitter." Strangely, "Glitter" is a superior album to Glitter in many aspects. Lemme explain:

Review: There should, with every Mariah Carey album, be a set of blueprints included in the CD insert. This way, fans and newcomers alike could easily find there way through one of her records:

Review: It's true, Mariah has changed quite a bit from the beginning of her career. I don't think this is her best album, but yet it's still very good. Guys like it cuz of the cover, she has become more showy, but I'm not going to down her because of that...

Disappointing

The Bottom Line: As a Mariah album, this is average. As an album, this is decent with much potential.
Review: This album was disappointing compared to Mariah's other albums. Many of the songs on this album defined the day they came out and nothing more. And many of the songs echo previous songs Mariah has done.

The Bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend this album to old Mariah fans.
Review: Ever since the butterfly album came out and ever since she divorced her husband, Mariah seems to focus more on her looks than on her talent. Trust me Mariah, you don't need to show off your body to sell more records! Mariah pushed her voice a little...
