Decent grooming on a budget

With several attachments and a price tag around $20, its a decent entry level grooming applicance. A few things I do like is the trimmer attachments and the gaurds that come with them. It does a pretty good job of evening out side burn lines, goatees, and generally shortening any type of facial hair you might have.

The gaurds do a good job of shortening facial hair and have quite a few length settings that will satisfy a wide range of people's facial hair preferances. Without the gaurd the trimmer is decent powered and will take care of the average guys hair. Although I'd be willing to bet for thicker hair it would be a bit underpowered.

Despite some complaints I dont think the guards are that flmsy, I have dropped them many times and they have been used a lot in the year I've owned it, so I'm not quite sure what people are doing to break them? Although they are a bit small, and I have in fact lost one already.

I do wish they had a better storage unit for the attachments on the groomer, as you can't every fit everything on there that well. Also the powered part of the unit often takes some maneuvering to get the red light on to charge.

The mini electric razor attachment is merely OK, its good for cleaning up eye brows or spots where you missed shaving. However, it won't do much for a 5 o'clock shadow, and I use it mainly for small patches of hair I missed after shaving.

I can't comment on the ear/nose trimmer since that isn't much of an issue for me...yet :)

Overall, its nice for evening out and trimming facial hair. The razor attachment is quite lackluster and unfortunately you cannot buy replacement parts for it. The mini hair comb is nice as well.

For $20, its not a bad deal. I've owned mine for about a year now and it does the job.
