Pros: Heavy, sturdy

Both my neighbor and I have the Rowenta DZ9080. Both of us have had problems with particles (maybe hard water?) spewing out onto clothing when steaming. Sometimes stains the clothing. The instructions clearly state to use TAP water, not distilled. Not sure what we are doing wrong, but I'm disappointed considering the cost of the iron. My cheap Black & Decker worked better than this!
