Outstanding Product and Support!

We purchased the Rumba recently. We learned of the product through the book Baby Bargains. We study consumer reports, reviews, and all other available material before making purchases. We are engineers and are outdoor enthusiasts. The Rumba was better than we hoped - it exceeded all expectations and met or exceeded all needs in a baby backpack. We've used it many times now and find it is comfortable, easy to use, and adjustable in ways that most professional gear is. We had questions and the staff responded quickly and professionally. The backpack is excellently priced for the quality and the shipping cost is the lowest I've ever experienced! We highly recommend this product and this company.
See mandatory "Con" below: Our child refuses to use the stirrups (so far). When our child is willing to use them, I'm concerned they may be difficult for her to get her feet into without my help due to their non-rigid attachment and fabrication. This may not turn out to be a problem, just a potential con.
