The Best Jogging Stroller for the money - by far

I purchased my Instep Jogging Stroller at Walmart and have been using it for approximately 4 months. We had the WORST winter for ice and snow and this stroller is EXCELLENT in snow and ice. If I had only my four wheeled plastic wheeled stroller I would never have been able to get out of my driveway! :)

Please note that you can underinflate the pneumatic tires to increase the traction for winter conditions.

Swivel wheel works great - easy flip of the 'switch' under the front tire (one hand) converts from swivel to straight wheel.

I think there are always a couple of downsides to any stroller and there are to this one too.

The top cupholder is too small to accomodate adult size thermal mugs. You may have to hunt for a mug that accomodates the cup holder size.

The way the back reclines could have a better design to allow the child to sit more forward/upright.

The bottom panel which adjusts the 'uprightness' of the child can blow around in really strong wind thus affecting how much you have to bundle said child.

You also will have difficulty adjusting the 'uprightness' of the stroller while the child is in the stroller - you need to complete this before the child is put in the stroller.

I researched the use of the 'universal' bar that will allow the use of infant carriers on this stroller. This was one of the selling features of the stroller initially for me. DO NOT BUY the stroller for this feature as retailers do not routinely stock them. If you can buy this universal adapter at the initial purchase it costs about $25 - however if your retailer doesn't sell them (Walmart Canada did not at the time) you had to order it from the supplier in California which made the shipping cost exorbitant (approx $75) and not worth the money.
