The Solution

I just purchased this product and it works great. We just bought a new computer and I had already disconnected my old computer but I needed some very important items (jpg's of my son and mp3's). I was dreading the idea of burning data CD's and transferring them from one computer to the other. A co-worker of mine suggested a Flash Drive and I couldn't be happier. I was able to get all the stuff off my old computer and transfer to my new one within a few hours time. I had Windows 98SE on my old computer and had to download the driver. After I figured out a few things because I'm dense got the files a transferring. I don't think speed is an issue with this item, it transferred files onto my new computer (Win XP and p4 processor) in seconds flat that took minutes on my old computer (Win98SE and Antique Processor). I had a music folder that had around 512MB of data and I don't remember waiting that long for it to upload to the new computer. I've only had it for a day, but by the looks of these reviews I better keep an eye on the caps that come with this product.
