Pros: Price, Size, No Sync Cradle

Cons: Display is dim in bright sunlight, fast forwarding and rewinding is slow

I purchased the Express so that I can listen to Podcasts and it worked out great. I had an issue with the first one that I bought and I had to send it back to Sandisk. I bought it the 2nd day after it arrived at Best Buy so I wasn't really upset that I had to send it back. The return process was easy and I promptly received my replacement. After this experience, I will definitely buy another Sandisk player in the future.
