SanDisk Sansa e260 (4 GB) MP3 Player

I read the reviews of the Sansa e260 and it sounded too good to be true. It was. The unit keeps freezing up on me. You wait and wait but nothing happens. I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to find out they could not help me. I called a neighbor who also bought her son one for Christmas to see if they had problems and she too was sending hers back. It keeps freezing. To Sansa's credit they are sending my neighbor a new unit but our kids want an IPOD instead. The IPOD is apparently more intuitive than the Sansa. Better luck next time.
