Oh My.....

This is tough for me. I bought this book, excited to read it. I finished the book, barely. It was awful.

I have loved the Red Hot Chili Peppers for years. Out of respect I read the whole book. The writing was so poor. The awful cliches were too much. Not just that, for as deep as I always thought Anthony Kiedis was this book made him out to be so shallow.

I learned some things, I suppose there is some good information in the book. I thought that when Uplift Mofo Party Plan came out they were rock stars. That wasn't really true. I learned about Anthony Kiedis' childhood, about his friendships, etc. I wish though, that I had not read this book.

Sorry this opinion sucks so much. Everything I have reviewed so far I have liked. I figured I was due to write about something I did not like.
