Pros: motivates you to change and then gives you a way

No wonder this book has spawned off many other books. Covey is an excellent writer and motivated me into changing. At the time, I was really in need of change and didn't know how. Luckily, I found this book while in an airport bookstore. a list of changes since reading it: I write in a journal, I exercise, I meditate, I'm much closer to my friends, I volunteer, I'm less stressed. I find it unbelievable too. The 7 habits helped me organize my life and give me time for all these new things that I've added to my life.
