Did Not Work

Review: Right out of the box the thing didn't work -- no steam coming from the thing. I called the support folks and found out that I needed to clean it with a water/vinegar solution overnight. And that if it clogged in the future ... this was also the fix...

Once burned but not fooled

The Bottom Line: Research your planed purchases thoroughly, and don't settle for what you consider acceptable, aim a little higher.
Review: When I bought this in May 2008, I though it was good for cleaning white tile floors, however it wasn't powerful enough on the grout. But the floors looked cleaner and it was fast. It didn't have enough power to clean the light mildew in the shower...

Review: I loved this machine. I did everything I could have wanted, but the on/off switches failed twice. It looks as if the steam gets into the electrical components and rusts/shorts them out. Company asks for payment for shipping (both ways - up front)...
