SHARP MICRO/CONVECTION OVEN IS GREAT

The Bottom Line: The ease of cooking is very convenient, on holidays it makes everything easier. Hard to find these but worth it.
Review: I have had 2 of these ovens, boy do I love it! But the first one after a year broke, the turntable spindle stripped out, had the warranty but they told me it couldn't be fixed. My husband and I loved it so much I spent days trying to find another...

Love/hate relationship

The Bottom Line: Love it, but it can be hard to clean and expensive to fix.
Review: I bought this as a display model from Sears. I'd used many Sharp carousel microwaves before and been quite pleased with them, and I knew about the convection baking, so I wasn't squeamish about parting with $250+ for it.

Poor quality, breaks often, repair expensive, Sharp unresponsive

The Bottom Line: Avoid this product. I would also recommend avoiding any product that is built, has components of or associated with SHARP.
Review: Would not recommend this Microwave at all. It has good features and we like the convection cooking, but the down sides make it not worthwhile to own.

Downsides:
1) Breaks often. It blows an internal fuse that Sharp has placed behind...

Review: This microwave convection combo worked well but was difficult to keep clean. It also broke twice within 2 years. First, after a year and AFTER the warranty expired, the motor for the rotating turntable burned out and had to be replaced for $140!...

The Bottom Line: Buy one and don't look back. Check your purchasing karma. Mine has been one of the best appliances I've ever owned.

Bit the bullet...
