Pros: Inkwells refill easily.

Cons: Slow, thirsty, noisy, unreliable.

The Bottom Line: Avoid like the plague... but don't take my word for it.

I got my Epson 480SXU (SUX) as part of a package deal with a new computer. The PC came with Windows XP which the printer had no driver for. Epson later provided an updated driver but Microsoft never signed the driver and it never really worked well. The printer quit working all together which led to the purchase of a Canon S330.

Other notables-
The ink head clogged regularly and the cleaning process sucked as much ink as a full page of text.
On the upside, the ink wells accepted repeated refilling with no headaches.

The future for my particular 480SXU is likely either EBAY or a patch of wooded terrain just outside the nearest window. I'm really sorry to have to write such a negative review but this printer is junk and Epson should be ashamed to have their name attached to it.
