Judge This Magazine By It's Name

Pros: If you like military / AR-15's this is for you

Cons: Absolutely not a magazine for the sporting arms enthusiast

I like to collecting sporting firearms and really enjoy looking for information on items such as shotguns, rifles and shooting accessories. I made the mistake of ordering this magazine because of what it's name implies - lots of good information on shotguns - forget about it! They should change the name of this mag to the military news or AR-15 news. If you like information on these types of firearms it's the mag for you, but if you like sporting firearms you are MUCH better off with The Gun List magazine. Gun List has great articles and literally thousands of ads for rifles and shotguns (sporting and military) for sale. Plus listings for upcoming gun shows and shooting accessories. Don't spend a dime on the Shotgun News unless you love AR-15's and military rifles because that is all you get with this - very disappointing.
