Great Compact Camera
Pros:
Stylish, brushed metal body. Great zoom. Compact, yet powerful and light, well built.
Cons:
Some pictures don't come out as high-quality as expected. Smile-shutter not always accurate.
The Bottom Line:
This is a great camera for people who love to take lots of pictures, but don't want to mess around with high-end, expensive gadgets.

I bought the Sony Cyber-shot W150 to replace my old FugiFilm 3.2mp camera. I wanted a camera with higher megapixels and a better zoom, but in a compact size. I found everything I wanted in this camera. It is a great compact size that fits easily into my pocket, has a huge screen, and a 5x zoom, which is very hard to find on a camera this size. Also, I like taking multiple pictures in a row, especially in high action situations, such as football games. This camera reloads in between shots very quickly, so you don't miss out on great shots. The W150 also has video mode, which I did not think I would use that much, but it has come in handy a number of times. I would recommend buying a large memory card if you are interested in getting the most out of this feature. The two mics on the front of the camera are great at picking up sound, but the zoom feature is disabled while filming, so make sure it is at the right setting before you hit record. There are not a lot of picture-taking options on this camera, but I would never use that many to begin with. There are enough to get the kind of picture you want, but not too many to be confusing.
