Nice sounding headphones

I purchased these for the express reason of producing professional sounding home recordings. So far, these sound very nice. The bass response is phenomenal without being over bearing, tubby or blurred. You can really crank these up to. I reached the pain threshold before the distortion hit so unless you are a maniac, the volume should be fine. The cans are brutally honest about what your music sounds like and seem to not color the music which is what I was after. Clarity, great freq. response and comfortable. I did notice they sounded better too after a bit of a break in period.
