Sure beats the ice and salt

Date of Review:  Jul 25, 2003
The Bottom Line: I have home made ice cream every night, know exactly what's in it and it is great.
Review: After making ice cream over the years with the ice and kosher salt i read other reviews about the self contained freezing container and figured i would give it a shot. Four batches later i think of ice cream and sorbet variations all the time.

Yum yum...

Date of Review:  Aug 21, 2005
The Bottom Line: Inexpensive summer fun -- and it pays for itself if you like eating unusual flavors of ice cream!
Review: I'm trying to be on a diet, but aspartame gives me nasty headaches. Plus I like inventing unusual flavors of ice cream that nobody in this country tends to sell commercially (chai tea flavor, sakura tea flavor, strawberry daiquiri flavor, lemon...

OH NO, I THINK MY HUSBAND IS BUYING ME A VACUUM FOR MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Date of Review:  Aug 17, 2001
The Bottom Line: A great value for your money.

No salt, no ice, no problem!

Date of Review:  Jul 1, 2001
The Bottom Line: So easy to use you might make ice cream more often that you and your weight really want!
Review: I love ice cream. I really do.

I've always been the ice and salt kind of ice cream maker. Growing up we always used the hand cranked one, but when I got married I insisted on an electric. My wife wanted the crank, but that would mean: Tim...

Cuisinart Ice 20 Provides Premium Ice Cream ... and You Helped!

Date of Review:  Oct 19, 2003
The Bottom Line: If you like ice cream this is an economical choice that provides the "fix" you want. Move over Ben and Jerry!
Review: We like ice cream. A lot.
The Cuisinart Ice 20 Ice Cream Maker enables us to have ice cream with only a half hour's notice. Is this good or bad?

Good, I say! Lick the beater, the cylinder and your bowl kind of good. All this in record...

Almost, but not quite

Date of Review:  Nov 13, 2006
The Bottom Line: I do not recommend it because of the constant hiss it generates from the base speaker.
Review: I had read recently about DECT phones in Consumer Reports and was looking for an interference free phone after having issues with an AT&T 2.4 GHz interfering with my 2.4 GHz wireless home network and a 2.4 Ghz USB audio device that came with my home...

Very good value for the money

Date of Review:  Jul 12, 2001
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a small ice cream maker, this is the one. It takes up less room, works easily and has great information and recipes in the manual.
Review: I tried a couple of different ice cream makers and ended up with the Cuisinart one in blueberry. I was very pleased when I got this one home and found how little room this takes up on my counter. It takes up about the same space as a regular blender...
