Soul Blade is a great 3D fighting game. There are a huge variety of weapons and skills that can be mastered. This game is a must buy!!!!!

The graphics are rendered in such a way that there are no “block” characters or weapons. The graphics are very realistic for a 3D environment. The weapons are very well designed and have very high detail. There are many, many weapons available in the game for use by the different characters. Very nice seamless backgrounds and arenas. There is also some full-motion video throughout the game.

The controls are very smooth and flawless. The flow of the moves is very realistic. There are many combo moves that can be performed. The level of the move determines the damage. Each character has many moves that are detailed to that particular character. They also have weapons that coincide with the character. A very nice feature indeed!!!

The sound is awesome!! If you turn on the game and listen and watch the opening story, you will think that you are actually there with the characters. The music throughout the game is fantastic. The multiple endings of the game are combined with speech to make for a more realistic ending. Background music and sound effects excellent. Like the clashing of two swords, running on the ground or the sound of your landing after you leap into the air. All of the effect sounds are crisp and clear and the music is fitting to the environment that you are in at the time.

You will play this game over and over. The replay value is very high. With the multiple endings, many characters, various weapons, and many modes to play in, you will have blisters on your hands in no time. And of course you can take on all your friends in multi-player mode! I would recommend this game to any person that loves fighting games.
