I want my money back

Date of Review:  Jul 27, 2003
The Bottom Line: Skip the movie and rent the the first two movies instead. The lack of plot is so disappointing that I should have been paid to see it.
Review: I was horrified by the lack of plot and numerous holes in the story line. The characters seem to just be thrown into this "game" randomly. There are plenty of cameos, but they are actors that aren't easily recognizable to the younger generation and...

Should be called Spy Kid instead of Spy Kids

Date of Review:  Jul 28, 2003
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this film to all the Spy Kids fans.
Review: The movies Spy Kids 3 End Game was a visual masterpiece with it 3D effects. The Story line was in many ways good, but in more way lacking. Juni's character was as usual outstanding and the movie's problem in no way should be blamed on his character...

Spy Kids 3-D: The game just might be over...

Date of Review:  Feb 17, 2004
The Bottom Line: This one is strictly for the kids. Mom and Dad, if you enjoyed the first two, prepare for dissapointment. Great DVD presentation, though.
Review: Introduction
Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over is the third film in Robert Rodriquez (El Mariachi, Desperado, From Dusk Till Dawn) action packed series. While it seems the steam is beginning to run out, this can most likely be attributed to the 3-D...

"Spy kids 3-D" Fun for the whole family

Date of Review:  Aug 13, 2003
The Bottom Line: This movie seems to be much more fun if seen in the theater. I would recommend it to any family to go see.
Review: "Spy kids 3-D" was exciting and fun for the whole family. Although a 5 year old might not understand it as well as the first 2. They seem to have as much fun watching all of the action from a great cast. Including some brand new faces like Sly...

Spy Kids 3-D: A pain in the eyes.

Date of Review:  Jul 27, 2003
The Bottom Line: A disappointing final entry in what has been until now a wonderful franchise. Wait for the rental.
Review: Speaking as someone who really enjoyed the first two Spy Kids films, I'm afraid I must say that Roger Ebert's right, "3-D sucks, always has, maybe always will" and watching the 3-D part is like seeing it "through a dirty window". The fact that it's...

Third and, ultimately, worst of the Spy Kids films

Date of Review:  Aug 7, 2003
The Bottom Line: Slightly recommended, but mainly for kids, and as a one-off at the cinema. Should have been a lot better.
Review: Well, Spy Kids 1 was fresh, funny, original, inventive, and just plain wonderful. Spy Kids 2 wasn't bad, it lacked the freshness of the first but that's the way with all sequels. It focused a lot more on gadgets and came across as a kind of cross...

Great 3D Movie

Date of Review:  Dec 20, 2007
Review: I own all 3 of them on VHS. I like the fact that it is action and adventure. What I like about it is that there are challenges to go through like a video game. Those 3D effects you see, I'll bet they're animated.I was at my Grandma's when I...

Yuck

Date of Review:  Jun 8, 2006
The Bottom Line: Bad 3D, bad story, bad acting. Don't bother
Review: When I popped this into my dvd player I was pondering the fact that there really haven't been many 3d movies in the past few decades. After watcing this movie I realized why. The movie really is hard to watch with the 3d glasses because it kind of...

This Franchise is on Empty.

Date of Review:  Jul 23, 2003
The Bottom Line: If you are under 12 you may like it if not rent the first one again.
Review: Not since the virtual world of Tron has a movie setting been so dominantly set in a virtual world, as is the case with Spy Kids 3-D . The film is the third in the popular series from Robert Rodriquez and it continues the exploits of Spy Kids Juni...

a great kid?s film with kid main characters, good action, and values

Date of Review:  Jul 23, 2003
The Bottom Line: Despite lacking 3-D effects and character background I do think Spy Kids 3: Game Over is a great kid?s film and fun for adults as well.
Review: For seven thousand dollars he made an ultra low budget independent film that would make him a legend. Sure he had to subject himself to experimental drug studies to earn that money, but for Director, Writer, Producer, Composer, Cinematographer,...
