Good stats, but one terrible feature

I must agree with the previous reviewer about the water tank. Not only is there no tray to empty, but the tank is not enclosed on it's top. So when you wheel the bulky, heavy thing outside to take a leak, water splashes all over the floor. Ridiculous design. Makes me call it Stupidtown. I am also disappointed that the louvers are unidirectional, and with the overall cheapass-plastic-made-in-China look of the thing, with panels not flush and unintelligible iconography on the controllers, specifically the thermostat controller. Turns out, after a call to customer support, that clockwise is cooler. Go fig.

On the plus side, the thing is the cheapest, and it has a really good EER number, not that that is something tangible. And it does cool the room.
