Great quality, non-existing consumer service

Beauty quality and great output mist, but lasted only 4 days. No output mist! I followed all of their instruction. Still no output mist!! I sent them 2 different consumer service emails and I got them returned. They said the consumer service emails are non-existing email addresses. I called the consumer service - nobody there to answer my call. Their answering machine said to leave my name & number, and they will call me back. They never call me back after I left my messages twice. Moreover, they don't really have their own website. Go check for yourself! I am stuck with $150 broke machine. I will never buy from their humidifier. Shame - their product could be very nice. I had to buy another humidifier. I ended up bought a slant/fin humidifier(it was my orginial plan) and it works nicely so far. Nice quality, too. Do Not Buy Air-O-Swiss!!
