Test Drive This For One Heck Of A Ride

With so many racing games coming out for Dreamcast how does one go and choice witch one is good. Well let me tell you about Test Drive Le Mans I first got this game for the psx witch really sucked. When I heard it was coming out for the DC I was like so what just a cheap port. At a price of only $30 I said this has to suck. I seen pics of it in some of the game mags and I said there is no way that’s the game.


The next day I went and bought the game I was and still am so amazed at this game. At first you will be blowing away from the visual graphics of this game. The graphics are the best I ever seen in any game period. Your car is so detailed its unreal the lighting effects in this game is amazing. If your car is lets say blue and the sun is in front of you your car will be white from the bright sun. You can see for miles when you’re on a straightaway. The smoke and grass flying in to the air is also stunning. When your going really fast you can see the wind going off of your car. You race with up to 24 cars at 30fps.


You can race at any time of day with any kind of weather effects. You can even race for 24hrs witch is just sick. While racing on the 24hr race the sun goes up and goes down as the day goes by the track is so long it takes about 15mins for one lap.


The sound and control is great. It sounds like you’re really in the race. And it controls great the CPU AI is great there tough too. This game is a must have I seen GT3 for PS2 and this game looks way better. Go and buy it.
